ABSURD NOMINATION OF SPEAKER

Deputy Speaker Tigran Torosyan says it is absurd that the Republican
faction can nominate two speakers at once. Tigran Torosyan thinks that
it is even unnecessary to consider candidacies unless the position
is vacant. Unless there is a vacant position, it is pointless to
consider nominees, votes, etc. While he is avoiding speaking about his
candidacy or others' candidacy, a member of the People's Deputy Group
Hakob Hakobyan is likely to nominate the leader of the Republican
faction Galust Sahakyan. Hakobyan says Sahakyan's candidacy will be
endorsed by the parliament. "I refuse to comment on backstage rumors
and nonsensical questions," says Tigran Torosyan.
