ARMENIAN PRESIDENT ARRIVES

A RED CARPET was rolled out from Armenian President Robert Kocharian
at Larnaca Airport yesterday, as he arrived in Cyprus on an official
visit.
He was welcomed at the airport by Acting Foreign Minister, Agriculture
Minister Photis Photiou and the Head of Protocol at the Foreign
Ministry Athena Mavronicola.
President Kocharian was also met by Armenian Archbishop Varoujan,
Armenian Ambassador in Cyprus Bahram Kazoyian and Parliamentary
representative for the Armenian community Vartkes Mahdessian.
