A memorial to the victims of the Armenian Genocide in Ottoman Turkey
has been unveiled in Rome in the yard of St. Nicholas Church.
During the ceremony representatives of the Armenian community of Italy
expressed their commitment to consistently fight for the international
recognition of the Armenian Genocide so that no such crimes recur in
the future.
