PROVISION IN LAW ON SOCIAL INSURANCE CARDS FOUND UNCONSTITUTIONAL

Minister of employment and social affairs, Aghvan Vardaynyan, said, "I
do not feel bad" in applying some provisions which the Constitutional
Court recognized as unconstitutional. Vardanyan said similar cases
may be observed in all laws.
The issue is about the Law on Social Insurance Cards.
The Constitutional Court recently has ruled out that point 2, article
22 of the mentioned law is unconstitutional. The provision inhibited
hundreds of citizens to receive pensions or engage in any financial
transaction in the banks.
