MEDIATORS CHARACTERIZE OSKANIAN-MAMMADYAROV MEETING AS CONSTRUCTIVE

The OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs have declared that yesterday's meeting
of the Foreign Ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan was constructive.
"The two Ministers held a constructive meeting in a very sincere
and earnest atmosphere," says the statement issued by the Russian,
French and American Co-Chairs after the meeting. Vartan Oskanian and
Elmar Mammadyarov discussed the suggestions on the status of Nagorno
Karabakh, the mediators had presented earlier in Moscow.
The two Ministers have arranged to meet again on November 14.
