OFFICIAL BAKU: DEMONSTRATION OF COMMENTARIES ABOUT NAGORNO KARABAKH BY RUSSIAN CHANNELS HARMS AZERBAIJAN-RUSSIA RELATIONS

anniversary of NKR independence, "harm Russia-Azerbaijan relations".
