Gerald Gafeschian and Eduardo Ernekian awarded Saint Mesrop Mashtots order

According to RA President Robert Kocharyan's decree of September
8 Saint Mesrop Mashtots order was awarded to Gerald Gafeschian and
Eduardo Ernekian for valuable service to Motherland.
On the occasion of the 15th anniversary of declaration of Armenia's
independence Mkhitar Gosh medals were awarded to RA Ambassadors
Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the People's Republic of China and
the Federal Republic of Germany Vasili Ghazaryan and Karine Ghazinyan
for considerable service in the diplomatic sphere.
Acceding to another decree of the President, Head of the MFA Department
on ties with Diaspora Jivan Movsisyan was granted the title of RA
Envoy Extraordinary and Minister Plenipotentiary.
