OSKANIAN TRIES TO BYPASS PROBLEMATIC ISSUES ON KARABAKH CONFLICT WITH OSCE COCHAIRS

Yesterday Armenian Foreign Minister Vartan Oskanyan met with OSCE Minsk
Group co-chairs in Paris. Armenian foreign ministry press services say
that the parties discussed three groups of issues relating to Karabakh
conflict settlement. The interlocutors made problematic issues on the
table of talks more specific considering the possibility of bypassing
them. Special attention was paid to those obstacles which are out of
core negotiations and distract the efforts from the peace process.
The sides also discussed future plans considering the possibility
of a meeting between the foreign ministers of Armenia and
Azerbaijan.
