ARMENIAN COMMUNITY OF NEW YORK TO HOLD ARMENIAN GENOCIDE COMMEMORATION EVENT

On April 27 an event on genocide commemoration will be held in the
Times Square of New York. Free bus transportation to and from all New
York and New Jersey Armenian churches will be provided. The event
is sponsored by the Knights and Daughters of Vartan company. It is
co-sponsored by the Armenian General Benevolent Union, Armenian
Assembly of America, Armenian National Committee of America, the
Ramgavars and Social Democratic Hnchakyan Parties.
The event will be attended by the Armenian Catholic Eparchy of USA
and Canada, and Armenian student, cultural and youth organizations.
