ArmInfo. It would be wrong to wait for examination of the law on
rallies, demonstrations and processions as the country was in crisis
at the moment, the speaker of the Armenian Parliament Tigran Torossyan
said during a press-conference today.
He said that the situation required urgent measures for restoring
stability and during the last meeting the delegates of Ago group said
that they understood that.
