STATE COMMISSION CONFIRMED THE FACT OF ARMENIAN-CAPTURE OF AZERBAIJANI SOLDIER

Baku. Mahbube Gasimbeyli-APA. Azerbaijani State Commission for
Captives, Hostages and Missing People has confirmed that 19-year-old
Azerbaijani soldier Heybatov Vusal Shiraslan oglu, resident of
Khilmilli village of Gobustan region was captured by the Armenian
army on April 11 in the direction of Aghdam Region, Azerbaijan.
Shahin Sailov, Secretary of the State Commission told APA,
International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) representation in
Azerbaijan informed the commission about the captive. Sailov said the
commission demanded Armenia via ICRC to return him. ICRC Press-Service
in Azerbaijan told APA, ICRC representatives in Nagorno Karabakh
met with Vusal Heybatov and observed his physical conditions and
conditions of captivity. Heybatov has sent a letter to his family.
Armenian sources spread first information about Vusal Heybatov's
captivity in Yusifjanli village of Aghdam Region.
