NEW POLICY. 24 HOURS CUSTOMS STRUGGLE

The officials of the RA Customs State Service ensure that in the
future the alarm received from every citizen will be followed and
the citizens can receive information about their alarm process.
The officials of the State Customs Service revised their policy after
having a discussion with the president of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan. "The
officials of the committee started to work on the implementation
of those key points put by the president," said Karen Beglaryan,
the head of the customs duty development and international relations
department of the RA Customs Committee, in a briefing, today.
According to him the assignments are divided into tow parts:
first the every step and activity done by the customs service
should be transparent and people should have the opportunity to
get any information they are interested in. And second to hold
meeting-discussions with interested bodies and citizens on the judicial
points and find operative solutions to the proposals.
According to the head of the department the customs committee is
going to carry out 24 hours operative struggle against the violations.
