CATHOLICOS OF CILICIA ARAM I PAYS ONE-DAY VISIT TO ARMENIA

ETCHMIADZIN, APRIL 21, NOYAN TAPAN. The Catholicos of Cilicia Aram I
arrived at the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin on the morning of April
21. The Catholicos of All Armenians Karekin II and the Catholicos of
Cilicia Aram I offered a prayer in the Cathedral.
According to a press release submitted to NT by the press service
of the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin, at noon the Catholicos of All
Armenians and the Catholicos of Cilicia visited the Armenian president
Serge Sargsian.
The Catholicos of All Armenians and the Catholicos of Cilicia also went
to the Tsitsernakaberd Memorial Complex to Victims of the Armenian
Genocise and to the Armenian Genocide Museum. After laying wreaths
at the memorial complex, a ceremony for the peace of the souls of
the innocent victims of the Genocide was held at the Eternal Fire.
On the same day Aram I left for Beirut.
