Turkish Prime Minister Ali Babajan announced yesterday that the
country intends to improve relations with Armenia.
"We support the idea of initiating a new process in the relations with
Armenia and we have sent a message to the newly formed government of
that country, were we have underscored our readiness for dialogue,"
he said.
Babajan characterized Karabakh conflict as, "one of the critical
obstacles to the establishment of peace and stability in the region".
"In our view the international community must take extraordinary
measures to settle the conflict," the Foreign Minister underscored.
