NKR foreign minister met OSCE CiO personal representative

On April 23 the foreign minister of Nagorno-Karabakh Republic Georgy
Petrosyan met with the personal representative of the OSCE
Chairman-in-Office, Ambassador Andrzej Kasprzyk. The interlocutors
discussed the situation on the line of contact between the armed forces
of Nagorno-Karabakh and Azerbaijan.
The foreign minister of NKR presented the chronology of violations of
the cease-fire by Azerbaijan to the OSCE ambassador. Georgy Petrosyan
said no assessment of the incident at the line of contact between the
armed forces of NKR and Azerbaijan provoked by the Azerbaijani
leadership on March 3 and 4 has been made yet.
The interlocutors underlined the importance of maintenance of the
cease-fire.
