Secretary-General of the International Association of Business and
Parliament Frederic R. Hyde-Chambers has sent a congratulatory message
to Tigran Sargsyan on his appointment as Prime Minister of Armenia. The
message states in part:
"It was my pleasure to meet you in November 2007 in your capacity of
head of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia when you were
joined by Director General of the Armenia office of the IABP Erik
Guzalyan. I was deeply impressed by said meeting with your staff
and you.
I was pleased as much to hear of your appointment as Prime Minister
of Armenia on which I am extending to you my best wishes and warmest
congratulations.
Indeed, assisted by your team, you will manage to deepen and speed
up the pace of the reforms underway in Armenia as I have known you
as a man developing, implementing and promoting reforms.
Once again, please accept my best and warmest congratulations.
