TEREVAN, AUGUST 1, NOYAN TAPAN. The RA Administrative Court, presided
over by judge Artsrun Mirzoyan, on August 1, dismissed former RA
Deputy Prosecutor General Gagik Jhangirian's lawsuit on invalidating
RA President Robert Kocharian's decrees on relieving him of his office
and on depriving him of his rank. The claimant party intends to appeal
against the judgement in the RA Cassation Court.
