ARMENIA'S FISCAL AGENCIES TRASFORMED INTO COMMITTEE

YEREVAN, August 20. /ARKA/. Armenia's State Tax Service and Customs
Committee have been transformed into the Committee of State Revenues,
the RA President's press service reports.
Armenia's President Serge Sargsian signed Wednesday a decree appointing
ex-Chairman of the RA State Customs Committee Gagik Khachatryan Head
of the newly established Committee.
According to the RA laws on the Customs Service and on the Tax
Service, Head of the State Revenue Committee is in charge of both
fiscal agencies.
The President has charged the RA Government to adopt relevant statutory
acts by January 1, 2009.
