ZUBKOV: RUSSIAN-ARMENIAN RELATIONS WILL PROGRESS INDEPENDENT OF ELECTIONS OUTCOME

Russian Prime Minister Viktor Zubkov said that he was convinced
relations between Armenia and Russia will advance further following
presidential elections in the two countries.
"Whatever the outcome of the elections, whatever the political
situation, relations will further develop vigorously and steadily.
Our good relations with [Prime Minister] Serzh Sargsyan guarantee
this," Zubkov said on Wednesday before leaving Yerevan for Moscow.
