VARTAN OSKANIAN TO ADDRESS THE MEETING OF THE FOREIGN MINISTERS IN KIEV

February 13-14 RA Foreign Minister Vartan Oskanian will leave for
Kiev to participate in the meeting of the Foreign Ministers of the
Black Sea Region and EU member states.
Minister Oskanian is expected to deliver a speech at the meeting.
Vartan Oskanian is scheduled to have bilateral meetings with the
Foreign Ministers of Georgia, Ukraine and Serbia, as well as the
leadership of the European Union.
