"HERITAGE" REPRESENTATIVE TRIES TO JUSTIFY THEIR LEADER, WHO NAMED ARMENIAN GENOCIDE A "DISPOSSESSION"

Yerevan /Mediamax/. ""Heritage" party and its Leader Raffi Hovhannisian
never denied the fact of the Armenian Genocide", Secretary of the
parliamentary faction of the party Stepan Safarian stated in Yerevan
today.
Mediamax reports that, commenting on today's publication of the
letter of "Heritage" party's leader to the Turkish President Abdullah
Gul in the Armenian press, Stepan Safarian noted that the phrase
"Great Armenian Dispossession", used in it, "has more meaning than
"Genocide"".
According to Safarian, the word "dispossession" "in the given context
should be interpreted as "deprivation of homeland", which is a
harsher wording".
