    Netherlands

Ani Lorak was internally selected by NTU to represent the country in
the 2008 Eurovision Song Contest. Ani will perform four songs during
the Ukrainian national final on 16th February and the public will
have their say as to which of the four will represent them in Belgrade.

The titles of the four songs from which the Ukrainian public will
choose the one to represent them have been published on Ani Lorak's
    official website today. They are:

Shady lady (music: Philip Kirkorow, lyrics: Karen Kavaleryan) The
dream of a bright day (music: Ani Lorak, lyrics: Yuriy Suc) I'm your
woman (music & lyrics: Bozhena Kostroms'ka) Ya stanu morem (music:
Vitaliy Volkomor, lyrics: Nikolay Brovchenko) Listen here.

Shady lady was created by the same team which gave us Work your magic,
last year's Belorussian entry sung by Dima Koldun. Karen Kavaleryan
was also the lyricist of the 2007 Armenian entry, Anytime you need
by Hayko, as well as Dima Bilan's Never let you go (Russia 2006). Ya
stanu morem (I will be like the sea) is included in Ani Lorak's 2007
    album 15.

Ani Lorak's team for the Ukrainian final will include fashion designer
Angela Lisytsa, the show will be choreographed by Olena Kolyadenko
and Ani will be supported by an all-male group of dancers.

A very special thank you to Alexander Verlatov and Olexander Fedorov
for their contribution to the article.
