SASHA AFIAN AWARDED TITLE OF MAJOR-GENERAL OF POLICE

YEREVAN, FEBRUARY 15, NOYAN TAPAN. Robert Kocharian, the President of
the Republic of Armenia, signed a decree on February 15 on awarding
Sasha Mikayel Afian, the General of the Police and the Deputy Chief
of the Police affiliated to the RA government, with title of Major
General of the Police.
According to the message provided to Noyan Tapan by the RA President's
Press Office, Mnatsakan Papik Sargsian, a second rank state adviser
of Justice and the RA Deputy Prosecutor General, was awarded class
degree of a second rank state adviser of Justice by another decree.
