KOCHARIAN CONGRATULATED SARGSYAN ON ELECTION PRESIDENT

Serzh Sargsyan on victory in the presidential race, the RA leader's
press office reported.
The congratulatory message says, in part:
"Dear Mr Sargsyan,
I wholeheartedly congratulate you on convincing victory in the 2008
presidential election. The votes you received during a free and
fair election are the votes given for rapid development of Armenia
and democratic reforms. Maintenance of economic growth rate, poverty
reduction, fair and final resolution f the Nagrono Karabakh conflict
are several of the tasks our nation has charged you with.
"I am confident that you will apply your knowledge and skills to
achieve these goals. I am confident that your presidency will be
remarkable for consolidation of stability and tolerance. Armenia
possesses a huge human potential meant to serve for the glory of
our Homeland.
"I do wish you good health, firmness and strength to serve at the
supreme post."
