Boriuja has congratulated Armenian Prime Minister Serzh Sargsyan with
the victory in the presidential elections. The congratulation address
says in particular: "Dear Serzh Sargsyan, please accept my sincere
congratulation in relation to your election at the high post of the
Armenian president. I am deeply convinced that by your active and
fruitful activity and proceeding from the national security interests
of the Republic of Armenia as well as by enjoying the high vote of
trust of the people, you will ensure the dynamic development and
prosperity of Armenia."
