SERZH SARGSYAN: POLICE WILL TAKE RELEVANT MEASURES IF PARTICIPANTS IN OPPOSITION RALLY VIOLATE LAW

ArmInfo. Police will take the necessary measures if the participants
in the opposition rally violate the law, Prime Minister of Armenia,
recognized the winner of February 19 presidential election in Armenia,
told Reuters.
Serzh Sargsyan does not think legal the opposition demand to cancel the
result of the voting and conduct new election. 'We have received the
positive assessment of international observers and foreign embassies',
he said. 'We must convince them not to violate the law and public
order and not to infringe the rights of other citizens. However,
if they do that, the law enforcement agencies will have to restore
public order', S. Sargsyan said.
