LEVON TER-PETROSIAN SENDS LETTER TO CONSTITUTIONAL COURT ON HIS INTENTION TO SUBMIT APPLICATION

YEREVAN, FEBRUARY 25, NOYAN TAPAN. RA presidential candidate, first
RA President Levon Ter-Petrosian, on February 25, sent a letter
to the RA Constitutional Court, according to which he is going to
appeal against the results of the RA presidential elections in the
Constitutional Court. Noyan Tapan correspondent was informed about it
by Arman Musinian, the Spokesperson of the preelection headquarters
of the presidential candidate.
In his words, the application will be submitted to the Constitutional
Court in the seven-day term established by the law.
