NEW PRICE OF "SMALL" FACILITIES HAS BEEN AFFIRMED

On February 26 the government affirmed the new prices for "small"
facilities which were last time modified in 1997. At that time 1
sq m cost 10 dollars in blocks of apartments and other premises,
and 20 dollars in detached buildings. According to the new decision
which will be enforced from March 1, the prices are 10 thousand and
20 thousand drams respectively.
The NKR minister of economic development Benik Babayan says the
prices are close to the market price. According to the minister,
the privatization of "small" facilities is almost complete.
