Mikheil Saakashvili on election President of Georgia. "I congratulate
you heartily with re-election. I am confident that you will proceed
with the course targeted at stability, democracy and economic reforms,"
the message says.
"Armenia stands for strengthening of neighborly relations, development
of regional cooperation and maintenance of peace, what is a guarantee
of stability throughout the South Caucasus. I wish you every success,
