"Lidia Polfer, who examines problems of Southern Caucasus, makes her
report in European Council in January 17. She is going to speak about
"dampened" antagonisms also," said Vladimir Karapetyan, the head of
public relations department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. To
the question whether they plan to discuss the violations of human
rights and of freedom of speech in Southern Caucasus, he answered
that it is going to be a presentation of the report.
"Lidia Polfer visited Armenia in October, and she prepared a report
closely connected with the results of that visit, and she is going
to talk about antagonisms, the real conditions of the human rights,
and the other problems," he said.
