Armenian President to focus Karabakh problem

Armenian President will focus Karabakh problem, candidate for
Armenian presidency, Prime Minister Serj Sarkisian said in the
pre-election program, APA reports.
According to the document, settlement of Nagorno Karabakh problem
should be based on these basic principles:
Recognition of the right of Nagorno Karabakh Armenians on defining
their self-determination on international level, ensuring safety of
the so-called Nagorno Karabakh Republic and people, common borders of
Nagorno Karabakh and Armenia.
`It is clear to everyone that it is impossible to achieve settlement
of the conflicts at once. This process is being realized step by
step,' the program says.
The document also notes that the agreement to be signed between the
conflict sides should cover solution of all issues and solution ways
in the form of cover. /APA/
