ATTACKS ON FOREIGNERS INCREASED
In 2007, the number of racist attacks increased by one
third in Russia, Moscow Human Rights Office informed.
74 people fell a victim to the attacks and more than
300 were wounded, among them Armenians, Uzbeks,
Tajiks, Azerbaijanis, etc. Moscow and Moscow region
share first place. Then come Ingushetia, St.
Petersburg, Calmikia, Russian mass media reports.
