Armenian General: No millimeter of liberated Armenian land can be
delivered to enemy!

to the enemy!, Lieutenant-General Norat Ter-Grigoryants said in an
interview with the Miatsum.ru Forum, asked whether he admits a version
of 7 regions' delivery in exchange for giving a status to the NKR.
The General said that from the military viewpoint, the indicated
regions are of extreme importance for the NKR security. 'They should
not be delivered in any case, as the whole defense system will be
violated, that will allow the enemy to try to fulfill the plan on
deportation or even elimination of the NKR population again, and now,
with new forces and taking into account the mistakes thy made', the
General said. As he emphasized, no status can assure security of the
NKR population: 'Being conductor of the Pan-Turkish policy in the
region, Azerbaijan tries to continue it in Artsakh carrying out an
aggression. Besides everything they had done, now they keep on
destructing the Armenian monuments of culture and deal with an
Armenia-phobia propaganda among their youth even abroad. The
Azerbaijani authorities do it quite openly in the face of the world
community, which, without taking qualitative measures, watches how
Azerbaijan threatens to launch military operations to eliminate or
finally deport the Armenian people from its own lands. The same
happened in Turkey. Where are our native lands of the Western Armenia
now? Karabakh has been in a blockade with Armenia for about 20 years -
a blockade by Azerbaijan and Turkey. An no country -superstate takes
any measures against it, while blockade is an internationally
recognized act of war'.
As the General said, the Armenian party has to strengthen the state's
defence capacity and get ready to beat back the aggression of the
foreign lands' invader. Asked what strategy is optimal for the Armenian
party in case of the military operations resumption, the General said:
"Defence with subsequent breakout operation - for crushing defeat of
the enemy and entry in the most important operative borders".
