ARMENIAN PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATE VOWS TO MAKE CREATE CONDITIONS ...
Any young family in Armenia will be able to buy an apartment and a
car, according to the electoral platform of Armenian Prime Minister
Serzh Sarkisian, a candidate for the Armenian presidency.
Financial services will be available all over Armenia. Any young
married couple will be able to buy an apartment and a car,
Sarkisian's electoral program published on Tuesday states.
Insurance companies and retirement saving funds will create
preconditions for savings. There should be no one in Armenia without
life or property insurance, the program states.
The tax and customs systems of the country should become competitive
in the international arena in order to encourage investment and
business. The government should not create obstacles to the emergence
and the development of business; it should guarantee equal conditions
for development and reduce risks, the program states.
We will support newly created Armenian companies that abide by
international standards and provide financial support to rapidly
developing small and medium-size enterprises. The government will
encourage companies that work transparently aiming at increasing the
public's trust in business, Sarkisian promised in his program.
