The head of the Armenian delegation to the PACE winter session
Davit Harutiunyan stated January 21 during the winter session the
Armenian delegation will discuss the visit of Lord Russell Johnston,
president of the PACE committee for the Karabakh issue, to the region,
News Armenia reports. Davit Harutiunyan said the visit of the PACE
committee to Armenia, Azerbaijan and Nagorno-Karabakh is on the list,
and the timing will be discussed with Russell Johnston.
Davit Harutiunyan also touched upon the visit of Edward O'Hara,
reporter for the PACE committee for the state of alien cultural
heritage of Armenia, Azerbaijan and NKR. "The visit was delayed for
several times. The artificial hindranced created by Azerbaijan has been
reported to the CoE Secretary General and the president of the PACE,"
Davit Harutiunyan said, noting that this issue is under consideration
at the PACE committee for cultural heritage.
