This week Obama issued a statement "strongly" supporting the
controversial genocide resolution in Congress and promising that as
president, "I will recognize the Armenian genocide."
The last specific statement I'm aware of from Hillary--who is a Senate
cosponsor of the resolution--came during the big October resolution
fight: "The adamant expression of real dismay and outrage by this
Turkish government has to be factored into this," she said, which at
that time was tantamount to calling for a delay.
