ANNOUNCEMENT OF APPLICATION DEADLINE
The Hovanness Badalian Music Fund announces that it is now accepting
applications for the 2008-2009 academic year. The deadline for the application
submission is May 1, 2008 which should be sent to:

This Armenian music scholarship fund, established by Amaras Art Alliance of
Watertown, Massachusetts, in memory of the beloved singer, is a specialized
scholarship that provides financial help to children around the word who are
studying the Armenian music. In 2006 and 2007 the Fund awarded $2000 each year
to children and teachers in Armenia, Artsakh and Belmont, Massachusetts.A
similar sum is available for 2008 Academic Year which begins on September 1,
2008.
