The Armenian under-20 hockey team beat Bulgaria 11:2 within the
framework of the World Hockey Championship.
Presently, New Zealand is heading the list, followed by Serbia. It
is due to mention that New Zealand has won over all its contenders
during the current championship. Armenia concludes the best trio.
Forwards Smbat Deterdarian and Harutiun Keshishian stood out among
the Armenian hockey players. They respectively took the 4th and 5th
places on the strikers' list. Keshishian scored nine goals. Abraham
Pelezian and Petros Jamkochian kicked eight goals each.
On the whole, the Armenian hockey team scored 47 goals during six
matches.
