ELDAR SAFAROV: ARMENIA VIOLATES AGREEMENT ON CEASE-FIRE

The violation of cease-fire in the contact frontline was of intensive
character this month, head of Defense Ministry's press service Eldar
Safarov said a press conference, APA reports.
Ministry's representative said that Armenian Armed Forces violated
the cease-fire mostly in Aghdam, Fuzuli, Terter, Khodjavend directions
within January.
"Cease-fire is violated constantly. This case continues since summer
months of 2007. Casualties are reported, we also had loss in January.
Armenia violates agreement on cease-fire. But there is a very
surprising case. When contact frontline is monitored, Armenia does not
violate cease-fire. The ceasefire is violated as soon as monitoring
ends. I ask media representatives to address question to personal
representative of OSCE Chairman-in-Office Andrzej Kaspszyk regarding
it," he said.
