DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF OPPOSITIONALS

Today David Harutunyan, the president of parliament's legal questions
committee, held a press conference. He announced that they are going
to have sessions in the parliament on duties and responsibilities
of oppositional parties. According to him he is going to present
appropriate proposal to the committee headed by himself.
According to Harutunyan those sessions will guarantee the active
participation of the oppositional parties in the parliament. He said
that it is not convenient to create new laws on the oppositional
parties, but some activities should be the guarantees to them.
