Armenia's boxing youth national team returned to Yerevan from the
Bulgarian city of Plovdiv on June 30. As Noyan Tapan correspondent was
informed by Fedya Alexanian, team's principal coach, 8 out of 10 team
members won the start games and 4, Hovhannes Bochkov (46 kg, Gyumri),
Narek Abgarian (48 kg, Yerevan), Artur Kirajian (57 kg, Yerevan), and
Poghos Adibekian (75 kg, Abovian) passed to the final. "Unfortunately,
then they were beaten and only received bronze medals. Nevertheless,
boys' general preparedness is good and they are a worthy shift for
the national team," F. Alexanian said.
