HRAYR TOVMASYAN: `HOLIDAY OR DAY-OFF?'
`I have forgotten that today is a holiday. And if I am a lawyer and I
have forgotten then I wonder how the society feels: this is a holiday
or a day-off,' said lawyer Hrayr Tovmasyan in a meeting with the
journalists and added that there is a problem to make this day as a
holiday.
`Unfortunately Constitution and public life are two different sections
and they act differently. In countries like ours from Constitution to
the reality the road is not smooth,' he said.
According to Tovmasyan, if by Constitution Armenia is democratic legal
country and a human being is defended by it, the reality shows quite
different things.
