Monitoring scheduled in the contact line between Azerbaijani and
Armenian troops did not take place

Baku. Mahbube Gasimbeyli`APA. Monitoring scheduled to be conducted
under the mandate of special representative of OSCE Chairman-in-Office
in the direction of Tovuz Region through the Azerbaijan-Armenia
frontline on Thursday has not taken place.
Spokesman for Defense Ministry of Azerbaijan Eldar Sabiroglu told APA,
special representative of OSCE Chairman-in-Office Andrzej Kasprzyk has
proposed to conduct monitoring in the direction of Agdam Village of
Tovuz Region today, but Azerbaijan's Defense Ministry has not agreed
with that because of security and suggested to conduct monitoring in
the direction of Alibayli Village of Tovuz instead of this. Sabiroglu
said the monitoring didn't take place because OSCE representatives
didn't agree with this proposal.
