"Without the atmosphere of trust all the initiations, all the good
deeds will go with difficulties," Serge Sargsyan announced during
the working consultation yesterday.
The President underscored three pre-conditions to establish atmosphere
of trust. "First - you must keep your promise, your words shouldn't
differ from your actions, the decisions should be implemented and
you shouldn't take new decisions once a week, or once per month.
People should understand that if we have already come to a certain
decision then it has been taken after a detailed study."
