US ARMENIAN-OWNED COMPANY SHOWS NAGORNO KARABAKH AS AN INDEPENDENT COUNTRY

Washington. Husniyya Hasanova -APA. US Sidon Travel & Tourism
Company, showing Nagorno Karabakh, an integral part of Azerbaijan,
as an independent country, is owned by Glendale-based Armenians in
Los Angeles.
The company's office manager Carlo Vakian told APA US bureau that they
show Nagorno Karabakh as an independent country because the "president"
of this "country" is the Armenian. Vakian gave an absurd response to
the question about expulsion of Azerbaijanis from this territory and
non-recognition of separatists' "presidential elections". The manager
said Nagorno Karabakh was shown in the map, hanged over his head,
as an independent country and it was enough to consider it so. Vakian
said that nearly thousand clients traveled to Nagorno Karabakh through
their agency.
Glendale is the most Armenian-populated town in the United States.
