MISINFORMATION BY AZERBAIJAN AN ATTEMPT TO BREAK OSCE MONITORING: NKR FM

OSCE Mission conducted extraordinary monitoring on NKR and
Azerbaijani armed forces' contact-line near Yusifjanlli, Aghdam
region, on July 16 in conformity with a preliminary agreement with
NKR authorities. NKR Foreign ministry press-service told ArmInfo the
field assistants of OSCE CIO Personal Representative monitored from
the positions of NKR Defense Army.
OSCE CIO PR Andrjey Kasprzyk did not participate in the monitoring
from the Azerbaijani positions despite the preliminary agreement. No
cease-fire violations were registered during the monitoring. NKR
Foreign ministry representative drew the attention of the OSCE
Mission to the fact that the information on fire allegedly made by
the Armenian party in the area of monitoring did not correspond to
reality. The monitoring mission registered the given fact as well. NKR
FM assessed the misinformation as an attempt to break the monitoring
which has been repeatedly made by Baku. NKR FM and DM representatives
accompanied of monitoring group.
