Azerbaijani and Armenian foreign ministers Elmar Mammadyarov and
Edward Nalbandian will meet for the next time in Moscow on August 1,
the Azerbaijani foreign ministry spokesman said. Khazar Ibrahim told
reporters on Monday that discussions on the Madrid proposals will be
held during the meeting to take place on the initiative of OSCE Minsk
Group brokering settlement of the Armenia-Azerbaijan conflict over
Upper (Nagorno) Garabagh. The Garabagh mediators Madrid proposals
on the Upper Garabagh conflict were forwarded to the two countries
foreign ministers on November 28, 2007. The presented package includes
ten proposals.
