be held much better than previous ones in Azerbaijan," Sabine Freizer,
Europe Program Director of International Crisis group told APA
To her, it is an important chance for Azerbaijan to hold just, free
elections. Freizer touched upon meeting of Azerbaijani and Armenian
Foreign Ministers in Moscow on August 1 and stressed that it would
be in favor of two sides.
"Ministers will gain a chance to familiarize each other. Moreover,
the meeting will be of progress character as well," she said.
