at the interests of the state and the people.

Armen Grigoryan noted that due to the support of the staff he will
manage to overcome the difficulties of the exam period, and the
preliminary exams will be conducted fairly and transparently.
"All the issues posed for RA Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs have
always been solved in time and on a high level. Arsen Hambartsumyan
is well familiar with the problems of the system and I hope he will
effectively continue the implementation of programs," RA Deputy Prime
Minister said, when introducing the newly appointed Minister of Labor
and Social Affairs.
"David Lockyan was a Minister, who enjoyed the respect of the
leadership and the people whom he immediately communicated with,
traveling from one village to another," Armen Gevorgyan said about
the ex-Minister of Agriculture, adding that the system will still
need David Lockyan's experience and knowledge.
According to the Deputy FM, the position will be responsible for
Aramayis Grigoryan in the sense that there are established traditions
in the Ministry. There is much to do in the field, and Armen Grigoryan
assured that the Government will maximally support the sphere, since if
there are problems in the village, the country will also face problems.
