45 DEFENDANTS UNDER ARREST

According to the data of June 3, 2008 45 defendants are under arrest,
reported the press service of RA General Prosecuracy. The defendants
are accused of breaking constitutional order, murders, firings,
organizing massed disorder and injuring state representative.
On 3 June 61 criminal cases were sent to court on 67 people. 10 people
were jailed for 1-3 years in 6 months period and 16 were given chance
to probation period. 4 people are under search.
